  Excellent experience!..Nubia and the leasing office Have done an outstanding job accommodating any needs that may occur. They have made living here, a joy, and I highly recommend Madrid apartments. Also must give a shout out to the maintenance staff they go above and beyond at your request To make it a safe living environment.

  Been living here with my family since 2019. Wonderful people and great staff. Kim goes out of her way to help her customers and keep the place in absolute tip top shape. They have cabanas in the pool, dog spa and park, tesla chargers, etc. The place is always quiet at night.

  Madrid is a really a good place to live. Been here over for over 6 years. They have many amenities and the staff is great. They even have a dog spa.
