  Previous tenant and moved back in recently , asked if David still worked there as I was signing the papers because he was always quick to fix anything in my apartment promptly and very good attention to detail. Would highly recommend living here as the community is great and so are the amenities. Can’t thank David enough for keeping my apartment in great condition and the staff for a smooth and easy move in transition.

  David is the best asset as an employee this complex has. The apartments are very nice and the amenities are great but David in maintenance is the best.

  I’ve only lived here for 10 months but I love it here. There’s so many amenities to use. It’s a peaceful neighborhood and close to many restaurants and stores. Our maintenance man, David, has fixed any problem that we’ve had. From out toilet to the kitchen sink. Very thankful for where we live!

  In addition to everything everyone has already said about the maintenance team, I have to say “good” doesn’t do them justice because they’re fabulous. David, especially, is someone whose technical ability and easygoing personality you can truly trust. He’s not only excellent at maintenance but also a wonderful person and very approachable. He’s one of the main reasons we chose Madrid in the first place, and we’ve never regretted it.

  We had a great experience with Sonny a few months ago when he helped fix our water heater and got our hot water working properly again for our showers. He was very helpful, efficient, and quick on his feet when figuring out the issue. My family and I really appreciate his hard work and how smoothly he handled everything. Everything has been working perfectly since then. Thank you, Sonny, for your great service!
