  We met Kevin at a random open house that another realtor was “helping” us with. We stood there and chatted with him for a while and immediately felt his sincerity in wanting to help us. When I say finding our family a rental home was a challenge, I am in no way exaggerating! We have 2 Great Danes and a cat and 2 kids.. He had his work cut out for him. We got turned down because of the animals so many times and even when my husband and I lost all hope, Kevin’s persistence and commitment just kept coming through. We finally were accepted and I owe it all to his hard work. He is amazing at what he does and so pleasant to work with!

  BEWARE: DO NOT RENT FROM OR WORK WITH THIS AGENT – MISLEADING, UNETHICAL, AND DANGEROUS I feel compelled to update my previous review now that I have learned the full truth about the property and the individual who represented it. When I moved into this condominium, Kevin (the agent) told me and my neighbors that the unit was being used as an Airbnb, which made us feel safe and misled us into believing it had been routinely maintained. This turned out to be completely false — Airbnb was banned in Anaheim as far back as 2016. After moving in, we discovered that the property has a long history of serious health and safety violations that were never disclosed to us. These included: • Cockroach infestations • Severe water damage and ongoing roof leaks • Four different types of toxic mold, including Stachybotrys and Chaetomium, both known to cause health problems • Termite damage • Evidence that the owner and agent concealed these problems, some of which were documented in a 2013 inspection report that was never shared Perhaps the most disturbing part was learning that mold in my neighbor’s apartment was simply painted over, rather than properly remediated. This isn’t just negligent — it’s dangerous. Kevin knowingly misrepresented the condition of the property, failed to disclose hazardous issues, and created a false sense of security by claiming it was a regulated Airbnb when it never was. I have already reported him to the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) for these unethical practices. At one point, I gave Kevin a positive review out of kindness, but I can no longer stay silent knowing others may be exposed to the same lies and unsafe conditions. Please be extremely cautious. Do your research. Ask for inspection reports. Talk to current or past tenants. And most importantly — do not trust this agent. In my experience, he is not honest, and he does not care about the well-being of the people he rents to. I truly hope this review helps others avoid the dangerous situation we found ourselves in.

  Kevin was professional and extremely caring . He was super patient with my 85 years mom and we were so blessed to find him . We strongly recommend him. He only showed us properties that was 100 percent in our criteria. He was so professional and on time .
