  Avoid this apartment complex. Management never contacted me about an alleged $97 balance after I moved out. The first time I heard about it was from a collection agency. Instead of making a simple phone call, sending an email, or mailing a notice, they sent it straight to collections over $97. I was fortunate enough to find out in time and pay it before it ruined my perfect credit score. Not everyone is that lucky. To make matters worse, management admitted there had been a rodent issue before we moved in but never disclosed it. They claimed it had been been fixed, yet we found rodents on three separate occasions and ultimately had to break our lease because of the ongoing problem. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and an unacceptable way to treat residents. I would not recommend living here.

  The manager of Bella Vista Apartments, Parand Borghei, truly works hard for our community and handles the responsibilities of the complex with care. She is responsible, helpful, and attentive, and always addresses residents’ needs with respect. We genuinely appreciate all her efforts.

  I rented at Bella Vista back in 2015 and it was awesome!! Kristin was very professional. I have rented from many other apartments and so far Kristin has been the best one. Doug the maintenance manager was great and very efficient. The only problem I had was with the microwave door not closing, but Doug replaced it within minutes of me telling Kristin about it. They are an Awesome team. Also the property is well maintained and very quiet
