  *I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. Please save yourself the time and do not waste your money on this faux luxury apartment. Both the property manager, Ernie Fatigoni and the regional manager, Jessica Rodriguez, take no accountability for the mess that this property is nor do they care about their residents. It's clear their only care is for your money. General issues - Car break ins: My partner's vehicle was broken into inside the “secure” gated parking area. Security did nothing. - Mail: We’ve had several packages stolen from the “secure” mailroom (lost $500+). The mailroom is also filthy. - Carpets in hallways are consistently dirty. - Parking: It is never enforced, unless it comes to towing their own residents’ cars for profit! They will allow other people to park in your spot and do nothing to assist. I’ve spoken to multiple residents about this and they have all had the same experience. - The staff is unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. No one from this team responds in a timely manner. Specific to our experience - A maintenance staff member swore at me and my partner unprovoked. - Another maintenance staff member refused to allow residents up to the amenity area for their own private party, which is not allowed (confirmed by property management). - On several occasions (5+), residents/guests parked in my or my partner's assigned parking space. Security did nothing and we had to wait 4+ hours for tows to arrive because the property management takes their time to authorize the tow. - Because my partner and I have had so many issues and visited the leasing office to resolve these, we were recognizable on cameras. The leasing office tried to issue us a warning for another resident’s trash in the clubhouse as they blamed us for this because they saw us on camera? We did not host this event. There are many other properties who deliver better service in the area. Safety is a number one concern and there is no way to feel safe here with everything listed above and how little the property management cares about its residents (and creates problems for them!).

  Need to Clean the dog poop station, it's overflowing for more than a month now, trees need regular maintenance, branches are all over the walkway. Called them thrice already.

  Nice place, good management and great maintenance staff. Decent amenities and relaxing roof deck as highlighted by the other reviewers. There are a few unbearable problems though - 1. Very limited Guest Parking although they have 6 floors of mostly vacant parking. Open up 1 for guests? 2. Modern but poorly sound proofed construction. I can hear the neighbor upstairs walk throughout the day and it’s wayyyy louder than what anyone would expect from a modern construction. 3. The fire alarm goes off every now and then and doesn’t turn off for hours. I have migraines so this place has unfortunately become unbearable to live at. 4. Trash room is always full, stinky and dirty.

  Pros: 1. Great location and units. 2. Rooftop 3. Management Cons: 1. Cleanliness: cleaning frequency reduced to non existent after management change, all lobbies got dirty and never cleaned 2. Parking garage electric chargers are occupied by non residents. I have seen people escort in 4 teslas through the gate to connect to chargers all the time. 3. Ceiling is thin, the only reason i moved out honestly is because i could hear the thump of people above moving around 24x7. (Apparantly the unit was listed on airbnb and had guests making noise every day and night)
