Kimberly gave me a tour today at all 3 apartments and I had a great experience. She was able to answer all my questions and was knowledgeable with first hand experience living in these apartments. That’s invaluable to have and will help me decide where I should live

From the initial tour to the lease agreement, the whole process was seamless. I had a great experience working with Christina, throughout the leasing process. She was professional, responsive, and made everything as smooth and straightforward as possible. From answering my questions promptly to making sure all paperwork was in order, she truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend The Field to anyone looking to lease in the South Bay.

Appliances are old and the floors paper thin. My downstairs neighbor constantly complains about me walking in my apartment

I worked with Rea Rivera and her team to lease an apartment for the summer. WOW - what a great community. Very responsive leasing team and the apartments are beautiful. Even better are the amenities at the property. The swimming pool has a gigantic outdoor TV. I can't say enough good things about The Fields.
