  Jennifer is awesome. She was extremely professional and helped me get settled into my office. Coming from the city where everything moves fast and can feel chaotic, it was refreshing to experience the pace at the Mill Valley WeWork. Jen reminded me to slow down, be patient, and enjoy the process. If you’re looking for a laid-back environment where people are still working hard and doing cool things, this is the spot.   If you're looking for a professional work space, this WeWork location might not be the place for you. This WeWork location is beautiful, for sure, and the WeWork staff is SUPER NICE AND WELCOMING, but the amount of people sitting around/walking around engaging in long and loud phone conversations while people are trying to work, is pretty outrageous. Through-out the rest of the facility, its hard to be outside of earshot of people spending time carrying on loud, non-stop, loud phone conversations as if no one is working around them. I sat next to a guy that was non-stop talking loudly on the phone for an hour before I just got up to go in the Focus Room. One patron, that is an OBVIOUSLY a regular, acted like it was normal to walk LAPS around the facility, getting his "steps" in, while engaging in never ending loud phone meetings despite there being enough phone booths aplenty. FYI-This location has a "quiet room" equipped with around 4-5 phone booths that traditionally arent 100% sound proof.

  This is such a special WeWork. Wow. I’ve been to many but this is unique in the sense of community, chill, and cool spaces! Shout out to Jen for being such an amazing host. 👏

  Nice decor and very friendly staff. However, it's frustrating that this is the only remote coworking space in Marin, given the below issues... The lack of convenient outlets in the common area is really jarring given it's 2021. It feels like they intentionally don't want people plugging their laptops in. It's also quite noisy (people chatting loudly, notification noises firing every 30 seconds, rock music playing nonstop) in the common area (where you get to work with a day pass) and the phone booths are intentionally uncomfortable it seems: claustrophobically tiny, and no outlets available! I really can't believe it. The remote work situation is still totally broken. Note: there are zero snacks and not a great walkable path to restaurants further below, although it's nice they have ciders, free espresso, and free Equator canned coffee, as well as Marin kombucha. The road to the office is quite narrow and not pedestrian-friendly.

  Been here since it first opened and absolutely love it. Space is beautiful and staff are super hospitable. Huge record collection, music and surf themed art, gym, outdoor space, and live music happy hours every Thursday. Makes long days at the office so much better. Great community at this location. Highly recommend it!
