  We had an exceptional experience working with Michele Westhoff, who helped us both purchase our new home and sell our former townhome. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly responsive, flexible, and knowledgeable, making what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Michele is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the contracts and transactions and were always available to answer our questions and guide us through each step. She also had an impressive network of trusted professionals, including inspectors, handymen, drainage specialists, and electricians, which was incredibly helpful both during our home purchase and in preparing our townhome for sale. When it came time to sell, Michele went above and beyond to help us stage our home and prepare it for the market. Her knowledge of current market conditions was exceptional. She provided realistic, thoughtful advice while still helping us position our home for the best possible outcome. As a result, our townhome sold in just two and a half weeks! We truly appreciated Michele’s professionalism, responsiveness, flexibility, and expertise throughout both the purchase and sale.   Michele Westhoff has got to be one of the top agents in Marin, if not the entire Bay Area! She's super smart, compassionate, listens well, easy to talk to, works overtime for her clients and really cares about her clients. I cannot imagine having a better experience with an agent. She also understands the market really well. On top of everything, she's an attorney, which means that she's incredibly sophisticated and she can explain prospective legal issues well. In addition, she knows a lot about the structural sides of houses, their systems, gardens and so much more. We found an amazing house, in large part because of Michele's diligence and dedication. You will be making a mistake if you go with any other agent.
