  A Harbor Point Associate arrived Saturday morning to take care of a door lock that would lock on its own and could not be opened with the safety tool in the apartment to open it. The problem with the locking system installation was explained to me. An adjustment was made and the lock does not now lock on its own. The Associate then requested to check all the other locks in the apartment. Thanks for going above and beyond and fixing the problem on the first visit.

  Lots of paperwork but otherwise quite smooth and easy. Only a few fixes needed but maintenance crew and leasing office were quick to respond.

  Maintenance came to clear clogged drain, also admonished us several times that nothing is to be put down the drain. We a low water low water pressure which he said a separate work order had to be placed. A second work order was placed but no response as of yet.
