  The maintenance and office staff are amazing. Richard in particular and Jeronimo as well are very responsive and professional, also excellent at their jobs. The whole Harbor Point experience and staff are first class.

  Michael made our entire leasing experience absolutely seamless from start to finish. From our initial tour, to the application process, and finally moving in, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and organized every step of the way. He made sure everything was completed on time, kept us informed throughout the process, and was always quick to answer any questions we had. Moving can be stressful, but Michael made the entire experience feel easy and smooth. His level of customer service truly exceeded our expectations, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his residents. We couldn't have asked for a better leasing experience.   A Harbor Point Associate arrived Saturday morning to take care of a door lock that would lock on its own and could not be opened with the safety tool in the apartment to open it. The problem with the locking system installation was explained to me. An adjustment was made and the lock does not now lock on its own. The Associate then requested to check all the other locks in the apartment. Thanks for going above and beyond and fixing the problem on the first visit.
