- FSFernando SalgadoAug 27, 20261.0I would not recommend purchasing a home from Pulte Homes based on my experience with their warranty department. Despite submitting repair requests well within the one-year warranty period, Pulte has failed to address multiple issues in a timely manner. I have been extremely patient and have even paid out of pocket for repairs because my warranty requests have been ignored or left unresolved. Initially, it appeared that Nathan may have dropped the ball when handing over our community to Steve Ruiz. Unfortunately, Steve has also failed to properly follow through and pick up where Nathan left off. We are now approaching an entire year of waiting for repairs that were submitted well before our one-year warranty period expired. This is especially concerning because I am not the only homeowner experiencing these issues. Several members of our community have expressed significant frustration and dissatisfaction with Pulte’s handling of warranty repairs. A builder’s warranty should mean something. Homeowners should not have to repeatedly follow up, wait months on end, or pay out of pocket for repairs that should have been addressed under warranty. At this point, I will be pursuing complaints through all appropriate channels to seek accountability and resolution. If you are considering purchasing a Pulte home, I strongly encourage you to do your research, speak with current homeowners, and carefully consider how warranty issues are handled after closing. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not make the same choice again.
