  Fabulous property management! They seek my input on all issues so I can choose the level of involvement I desire on everything that comes up. They always inform me of their actions when I delegate issues to them to handle!

  PMI East Bay attempted to retroactively raise my rent in Oakland without a RAP notice. An informal email was sent, in January, with a request to pay the increase retroactively from December. PMI East Bay seemed unaware of tenants law and needed me to educate them on Oakland tenants rights, despite being the professionals. Additionally, they have not adhered to the conditions of my original lease agreement, have not made requested repairs and are inconsistent with communication. Very unprofessional, and with a delusional power dynamic. Zero stars.

  JP and his team are fantastic. As soon as I met JP, I realized I was in good hands. Finding my new home was not an easy process this year, and it was pretty confusing at times. We sometimes need someone trustworthy to guide us through the process, and in my experience, there's no one better than JP and his team at PMI. I highly recommend him.

As a busy professional, I need someone who can handle the details and provide top-notch service. From our first conversation, he was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. He took the time to understand my goals and provided valuable insights into the property management process. His expertise from childhood was impressive to me. What stood out most was his commitment to excellent service. Heads up, their firm is more about full service to find & keep long term quality tenants with a quality network of service technicians. They are not the low price property management company. I feel confident that he would manage my property with the same care and dedication he showed during our discussions. I highly recommend Jean-Pierre with PMI East Bay!
