  Initially, I was dead set on these apartments during my search. While asking questions and talking to a staff member, he said I “don’t look disabled” when expressing happiness about accessibility measures I saw on the property. Then he rescheduled my (imminent) tour after I had been in office for 45 minutes. Other than that, all other staff interactions were great! The manager went above and beyond to get me scheduled, but I went with another property after that interaction.

  Lived here 2 yrs and it was the worst place to live!! Malena is so unorganized and doesn't know how to communicate with residents. And It's very rare to have somebody actually there on property in the front office. And maintenance is slow with repairs thats if you can get ahold of them. You would think for $2,000 a month you would have a decent apartment and not something that's all run down and appliances that don't work. So if you're looking for a good nice place to live Marina Crest apartment is not it !
