  I want personally to thank Diana Alyamani from leasing department and general manager Kimberly King for finding the perfect apartment for my family. They put true effort to be sure we are happy with our choice and can call Mariners Village our home for years to come. Mariners Village is going through construction which puts lots of stress on staff and residents, but true strength of this complex is the people who work here. They are always welcoming, accessible and work hard every day to provide the best service. I also want to thank our maintenance office who always resolve any issues in timely and professional manner. My only wish would be better laundry room maintenance which is run by outside company.

  Great complex. Really good upkeep and easy to communicate with management. They jump on any request quickly and efficiently.

  I moved here to Mariners Village for about three months. That’s almost 20 Years ago. I have to say that the amenities here are much more- truly Blessings. Suzy In the rental office; Yvonne, Christina, Joseph in Resident Services; Dustin and his incredible maintenance team and dear Ana and her team as the package concierge are all taking great care of all residents. The ambiance is beautiful and peaceful. I am now in a newly renovated apartment in the exact location I so love. I also have great neighbors to make my life close to perfect. YES I do recommend living here in Mariners Village. Oh- not to mention the proximity to the channels and the beach!

  I give the place 5 stars because the treatment and the respect Diana Yamane showed me. She is super and very clear about all the information that she provided to me. I really enjoyed touring around the property with her she was able to explain everything in detail. I really appreciate every second Diana spent with me.

  In love with this complex and location. James was an amazing guide showing us everything, tailored to our needs. Best tour we’ve ever had at a residential complex, honestly. Looking forward to leasing soon with James.
