  This is what my ceiling looks like AFTER the renovations. Water leaking and no one around to help. Management is beyond unprofessional, they are flat out negligent. Cheap parts and cheap labor and this is what you get. If you don't live here, don't. Mariner's Village has become the dump of Marina Del Rey.

  I recently had a large heavy package delivered to the mailroom. Due to recent medical issues, I am unable to lift or carry any heavy items. I reached out to Anna, the package concierge, and she was so accommodating to my circumstance. We arranged a time I would be home, and she personally delivered it to my apartment. I’m so appreciative of her kindness, helpfulness, and promptness. We need more people like Anna working at Mariners Village!

  The new packaging center works well. Anna is the best, with an exceptional warmth, compassion, and great customer service. The place runs really smooth when she’s there!

  I've been here for 8 years and treasure the experience. The staff feels like family; the maintenance team is warm, proactive, informative, and highly capable. The location is awesome. Our neighbors, like Christy Priske, are great. Overall, there's just this really great, relaxing, positive vibe that can't be beat. I really feel like this is the absolute best apartment home in all of Los Angeles.
