  The cleaning crew does such a great job to keep this place clean. Besy who is always on our floor, always has a smile on her face and is so kind. She does a fantastic job on keeping the hallways and everything in perfect condition. Thank you Besy!

  Maintenance went above and beyond!! As soon as they found out, there was a leak, they went right away to work. And then when above and beyond when I ask if they could cover the hole until they came back the next day and they did! And not only did they do that, they even brought in all of my Amazon boxes! And cleaned up behind themselves! Exceptional, exceptional

  I lived here for 8 months and had 2+ major issues with management. First, as soon as I moved, I noticed a neighbor's car was parked on the line as seen attached. They left for a trip and came back 3 months after. I communicated nicely back and forth with management for 2 months with no success until I posted a Google review about the parking issue. They immediately reached out, asked me to remove it, and then brought it a two truck to move the car from the line. Second, a neighbor’s dog was constantly barking and even once attacking me in the hallway. I had to submit a formal complaint multiple times. Management took some action, but the problem continued and never got resolved. There were also one incident of 2 dogs being left unleashed in the gym and common areas. I have attached photos and videos of the parked neighbor car, the barking dog, and the unleashed dogs. See attached. Once I had to leave due to my job change, I nicely reached out to management to ask them to consider my experience and meet me in the middle in terms of lease break penalties. I was extremely nice and communicated with them endlessly, but they still refused to meet me in the middle. Despite me having to leave the city for a new job, they demanded both the concession payback and an extra full month lease break fee. They also threatened to charge me $210 for deep cleaning and another $200 for paint charges if I don't touch up the TINY paint chips on the wall not according to their standard. There were easily visible paint patches from the previous neighbor on the wall. I was ready to do everything right and actually nicely touched up the paints and did a 3-hour 2-person deep cleaning and moved out cleanly, but their attitude made the process very stressful. This is not worth the stress for anyone. Terrible property management.
