I scheduled a maintenance request for my refrigerator. My service technician was Mr. Rolando, he was very professional and helpful. I would recommend to family and friends.

Marina Harbor is beautiful. The residential and maintenance services are top notch. We just moved in here and had all the help we could get. What’s more is you get so much extra perks here: water sports and bike rentals, 4 accessible pools, tennis courts, food trucks etc. It is expensive here and time will tell if it’s truly worth it, but I’m feeling positive. I’d like to commend maintenance Victor Martinez for his thorough work on our unit. He was very knowledgeable and seems to love what he’s doing in his 26 years here, which also says something about the place. I’d also like to thank Galen, Susan, and Abel for all their help in getting us settled in. You folks rock.

Giving 1 star because when you call maintenance in to fix something in your apt they are obligated to handle residents a card to write a review - the issue is that the link takes you to Google, to write a review there vs an internal system that would show that management has a genuine focus/ concern on improving. Maintenance people are great but my take on them does not reflect all aspects of living in the property nor how management handles daily issues. Sending a link to write a Google review is misleading residents to get more 5 stars and this is wrong.

Victor M is amazing! Not only in his work but also as human beings. He came in, diagnosed the problem, provided his solutions to resolve the issues and executed his plan. After the completion of the work, Victor explained and showed the completed results. He also provided additional information regarding the one outstanding issue that requires other team members to evaluate and complete tomorrow. Victoria M was thorough and precise with his follow up and next step processes for tomorrow’s work.

Luis did a great job with my service request. He came to replace the bathroom outlet and light bulb while I was in the middle of working, so I let him know that I wouldn’t be able to attend to him and asked if he could take care of everything on his own. He was very professional and respectful, handled everything independently, and by the time I was finished, the work had been completed and he had already left a service request note letting me know it was done. I really appreciated how smoothly and efficiently he took care of everything. Thank you, Luis!
