  just to make everyone aware that may deal with clayton homes for their ADU plans or home. They do not warranty their product. My shower cracked and they said that its not covered past 30 days! Most companies give a year at least! For clarification it is not the Manteca location. It is the Sacramento location and if I am wrong I will edit this again. I am really upset about the poor warranty service and want everyone to be aware.

  Over 20 years after purchasing my modular home, I unexpectedly found myself on a backward journey, only to learn that I now needed a building permit. From there, I was bounced between multiple departments in Merced County, each giving me different instructions on what was required for the permit. I reached out to HCD in Sacramento, spoke with manufacturers, and even contacted C47 contractors who offered help, for a steep price; but all roads led to dead ends. Eventually, I began contacting businesses that sold modular homes, hoping someone could point me in the right direction. That’s when I connected with Sergio Cruz, the manager at Clayton Homes. He listened patiently and truly understood how overwhelming and confusing this process can be. After I shared the information I had about my home, he was able to provide the exact documentation I needed. What impressed me most is that Sergio had no obligation to help me, there was no benefit to him in doing so. Given that, I can only imagine how outstanding his service would be for someone actually purchasing a home through Clayton Homes. Thank you!!!!

  Our sales rep, Lisa Young, was very helpful. She provide great advise, supplied us with a few loan officers, and showed us all the models on the lot. She knows her stuff and was very informative of all the options and additional cost to anticipate. She was up front and honest about the estimate time frame for turn key. We highly recommend Clayton Homes Manteca, ask for Lisa; as she was very impressive and welcoming.

  Visited John today to get some info and walk thru some models. Loved that John was not pushy and in no way pressured us! He was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. If this is the way we decide to go, we would be happy to work with John to complete the process!
