  We highly recommend Joel Stieber! Joel helped us buy a home and sell a townhouse in the San Jose area. Our search for a home was complicated . Joel was fully engaged and helpful all through the search and showed us MANY homes. He was also very helpful in the closing process with good advice and hand holding all along the way. Joel handled and expedited all aspects of preparing the townhouse for sale including substantial upgrades to the interior. He also did a great job staging, advertising, and showing the house - leading to multiple offers and rapid sale with no contingencies at above asking price. We could not ask for any more!

  We were faced with a challenging situation on the timing of when we had our house put on the market. Joel was the superstar realtor that we needed to navigate a fast changing market. He was so patient and knowledgeable with every question or concern that we had throughout our home sale process. We had three contracts fall through ( through no fault of our own or the realtors) and each time Joel was both supportive and sensitive to the emotional rollercoaster we were on. He was also so encouraging each time that indeed our home was priced correctly, the right buyer will come along and the home will sell for the correct value even in such a balanced buyer/ seller market. He put in non stop commitment and extra hours personally seeing that the open houses were ran smoothly and that multiple private showings were shown each week. It was so wonderful to be invited to his family friendly Christmas event. It showed how when you go through Joel Stieber Realty your more than just a client selling a home , your family. My husband and I can confidently say we got the best return we could possibly have gotten thanks to the hard work and brilliance of Joel . Thank you again!

  We were introduced to Joel through our friends who also used Joel as their realtor. We did not want to work with just any realtor. We wanted someone who had our best interests at heart and Joel met the criteria right off the bat. In our first meeting he inquired about why we wanted to sell our home and what our overall plans were. This reassured us that he was not just out for a quick sale, but wanted to make sure that we were making informed decisions. He is very professional, dedicated, and reliable. He is easy to talk to and was forthcoming with information about the sale prices around our area. Prior to our meetings he would do his research and gather up the latest information which we really appreciated. He was very honest about suggestions to be done for the house in order to get the ideal sale price that we wanted. He was readily available to answer questions. In the end, we were able to sell above asking and we couldn’t be happier. Joel was great to work with and we would highly recommended him to our friends and family.

  We bought our home in 2021 and Joel helped us in every step of the way. Joel was outstandingly patient in working with us and our desires. What I loved about Joel is his urge to not leave any stone unturned. He was there with us throughout the buying process. Bay area real estate market is crazy but he was patient enough to guide us through all the technical details of what went into buying the right house. He worked tirelessly after hours to discuss about homes and any questions we had. It was a real pleasure to work with him and I hope to stay in touch for any future prospects!

  Joel was very nice and helpful in every aspect of his bussines ,with lots of patience to help and explain the whole process of buying. He is in top of his bussienss ,he is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make the client happy. I would definitely recommend Joel for al your real estate buying needs ,he is great !!!!!
