  We were introduced to Joel through our friends who also used Joel as their realtor. We did not want to work with just any realtor. We wanted someone who had our best interests at heart and Joel met the criteria right off the bat. In our first meeting he inquired about why we wanted to sell our home and what our overall plans were. This reassured us that he was not just out for a quick sale, but wanted to make sure that we were making informed decisions. He is very professional, dedicated, and reliable. He is easy to talk to and was forthcoming with information about the sale prices around our area. Prior to our meetings he would do his research and gather up the latest information which we really appreciated. He was very honest about suggestions to be done for the house in order to get the ideal sale price that we wanted. He was readily available to answer questions. In the end, we were able to sell above asking and we couldn’t be happier. Joel was great to work with and we would highly recommended him to our friends and family.

  We bought our home in 2021 and Joel helped us in every step of the way. Joel was outstandingly patient in working with us and our desires. What I loved about Joel is his urge to not leave any stone unturned. He was there with us throughout the buying process. Bay area real estate market is crazy but he was patient enough to guide us through all the technical details of what went into buying the right house. He worked tirelessly after hours to discuss about homes and any questions we had. It was a real pleasure to work with him and I hope to stay in touch for any future prospects!

  Joel Stieber of Keller Williams was outstanding. I was a home buyer in 2021 and Joel's professionalism and support enabled me to find and close on a home in an extremely tough housing market. Joel quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and he helped narrow my focus into specific neighborhoods and home styles. With Joel's availability and responsiveness I was easily able to arrange multiple in-person home walkthroughs on short notice (back when open houses were rare). Most of the homes we viewed were on the market for less than 10 days with almost all homes having offer dates within one week of listing. Joel was always able to give me access to these homes (including disclosures) on short notice working around my schedule. Additionally Joel and his team were excellent throughout the closing process answering all my questions, providing new home owner recommendations, and easing all my concerns.

  Joel Stieber of Keller Williams was fantastic, and he was absolutely money well spent. We started working with Joel after a previous investor arrangement went badly and found ourselves in a very unhappy place with “real estate professionals” in general. As we began again to review real estate agents to sell our family home in South San Jose, there were many agents to choose from and we selected Joel and the Keller Williams team because we felt they were best positioned to understand where we were coming from, had the knowledge of the area and the experience to prepare, stage and present our home in its best light. Joel presented us with solid suggestions for positioning our house to sell. He backed those suggestions up with clear analytics and analysis on what the likely impact on sales price for selling “as is” vs. minor remodeling vs. major remodeling. He provided sound advice but listened to how we ultimately wanted to sell our home. Joel and Keller Williams really shined when at one point in this process, the prior investor whom we had legally severed our relationship with, made threats of a lawsuit to pressure us to sell to him. Joel and the Keller Williams team stepped up to provide legal advice and support. They even went so far as to screen and suggest attorneys to cover the personal lawsuit from this previous investor on our family. We are incredibly happy with Joel Stieber and Keller Williams and felt we received excellent advice and representation which culminated in great sales price for our family home along with an easy sale close. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Joel Stieber.

  Joel was very nice and helpful in every aspect of his bussines ,with lots of patience to help and explain the whole process of buying. He is in top of his bussienss ,he is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make the client happy. I would definitely recommend Joel for al your real estate buying needs ,he is great !!!!!
