  Laziest for the very highest price and now you get an app to get your request shut down before the problem has even been reviewed. How about an account asst with very low reading comprehension asking if you've already followed up ?? Were you aware that if something from that attic falls into your unit it now counts as "your " problem and the acct asst decides the problem is solved??

  How does this company still have 4.6 stars when almost every one in the past 4 years is only 1 star. Read the most recent reviews. Take Alison Macias out of the equation - she left Associa. Our HOA Board has used Associa for two years. In that time they have: - Given us guidance that is in violation of the Stirling-Davis Act - Paid our bills late and incurred hundreds of dollars in late fees on our behalf, and refused to refund the fees - Paid other HOA bills from our account and refused to reimburse us for them - Didn't pay our landscaper for several months saying they didn't have the invoices - Failed to provide agendas for meeting in the required time, causing us to delay the meetings - Failed to pay our taxes for 2024 - Gone through 5 managers on our account (4 quit) - Failed to perform contracted site inspections - Failed to provide minutes for one of our regular meetings - Failed to provide minutes for an IDR - Authorized repairs they were specifically told not to have done - When escalated to upper management, nobody got back to us for months - When we asked to be released from our contract, they denied it - despite the fact that they have failed our HOA in every way possible. I suspect that you can tell we don't recommend doing business with them. Oh - and before you respond with "We would love to address your concerns..." we have already reached out MULTIPLE times and nothing has been fixed. Even so far as to refuse to allow us to end our contract early .

  Best HOA management company I have dealt with thus far and being a Realtor for over 19 years, I have dealt with a lot! I've been specifically corresponding with Alison Macias and she has been delightful.
