  Amir was amazing from start to finish! He was professional, personable, and had me cracking up the whole tour. He made the entire process feel easy and comfortable and you can tell he genuinely cares about finding the right place for people. I’m so excited to move in! :)

  Unfortunately after spending five years within the CLG portfolio as a tenant, I cannot recommend WM nor any of CLG's properties for leasing. The firm charges premium rent for a "luxurious" living experience but in reality I experienced very inconsistent communication from management at WM as well as at 3838 and MV, multiple instances of not receiving my security deposit back within the 21-day period under CA state law, and now I'm continuing to be charged rent for a unit with a lease term that ended last month. The only "pro" I'd acknowledge is that the maintenance teams are typically kind. I'd recommend renting elsewhere for more organized management and especially if you want your security deposit back.

  Called multiple times to understand what units are currently available and units that are upcoming. Hard to get a hold of anyone at this property. When I did get a hold of a leasing agent he sounded like he didn’t care to help. Based on the phone call and the poor service I will not check this property.

  - The building and its amenities are nice, but floorplans can be weird. - Management is barely around and takes a week to respond to emails. Also, the newer lady working here in leasing always responds “I’m new here so I don’t know anything.” It’s been a month now… How long is she going to fall back on that excuse? - interesting how most of the positive reviews are for Amir’s tours. Is that a good measure of what it’s like to sign and live here? Not necessarily. Also, I don’t think Amir is here anymore… It’s mainly Andrew now. And the lady who always claims she’s new to the job, 1+ month in. - But The facilities maintenance team (Eric) is great!! So… Do I like living here? Generally yes. Do I have my reservations, especially about CLG management (or the lack thereof)? Also yes. Do your research before moving! :)

  I lived here for a year and had a great experience!! Everything functions well, the rooftop is beautiful and everyone that works there is super nice, Andrew and Erik especially :) If you're considering this building I'd say go for it! I wish I could've stayed but it was time for me and my partner to get a bigger place.
