  I went in for a tour with my dad and was met with the friendliest face! Amir made us comfortable enough to ask questions and also made us laugh, it was the most fun and informative tour and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move in, all thanks to him! After over a year of living here I can safely say it was the best decision to make, I’ve had no problems whatsoever and feel extremely taken care of by WM’s management. And special shoutout to Amir! Thank you

  Day to day living was fine. Maintenance team was AMAZING. Dealing with management was and is a headache. They willy-nilly tack on fees for EVERYTHING and when its a mistake it takes forever for them to take it off.

  I really hate leaving a bad review, as I love Eric and Andrew, who do maintenance and management for the building. They both are wonderful, extremely helpful and great at their jobs. This review is no reflection on them at all! The property owners at CLG have ignored multiple requests to fix the AC in the building's gym. I've lived at WM for over a year, and it's been more than four months since we first reported that the ventilation isn't working. We keep being told they're "working on it." Some days the thermostat reads above 96°F, which is insane and a genuine health hazard. A lot of us are now paying to work out outside to avoid having to deal with the unbearable circumstances. Rent is not subsidized for any of it. We pay a lot to live in this building with the advertisement and promise of "luxury" apartment amenities. It's completely unacceptable and ridiculous that they won't fix the issue. I hope prospective residents are aware of this, because it doesn't seem like CLG plans to fix it at all and is just waiting for the weather to cool down. At the premium level rent this building charges, a gym in LA should have working AC year-round. I'd happily update this to a great review if it gets fixed soon, because aside from the ventilation hazard, living here has been a really positive experience.

  I live in WM by CLG. And let me tell you if you like your peace of mind, DO NOT MOVE here. The building is nice, the maintenance guys and lease agent are helpful but that’s about it. Management is trash. You can never get a hold of them. You basically have to chase them down for a simple response to your emails. Some wrong lease violations fees were added to my rent, I emailed them 5 times, went to the office twice to get it resolved nobody got back to me. And they proceeded to add the fees. Also, your packages get stolen and nobody cares, nothing is done to find out who’s been stealing.

  Amir was amazing from start to finish! He was professional, personable, and had me cracking up the whole tour. He made the entire process feel easy and comfortable and you can tell he genuinely cares about finding the right place for people. I’m so excited to move in! :)
