  Didn’t end up signing here but Andrew, the property manager here, was the BEST. Gave a fantastic tour, followed up, explained all my potential options, and just showed that he truly cared about providing me with the best living situation. I’ll definitely be interested in leasing here in the future.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A MANAGEMENT TEAM THAT TAKES ACTION. I have been living here for a whole year now. This apartment complex was great until a few months ago, when I started repeatedly losing packages. In the past, I could leave a package in the package room for 3–4 days without any problems. Then packages started disappearing. Management sent an email stating they are not responsible for lost packages, which I understand. Because of that, I made sure to pick up my packages within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, that didn’t help. My most recent package was delivered yesterday afternoon, and by today it was gone. Amazon even provided a delivery photo showing exactly where it was left. When I spoke with the leasing office, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do and that this happens everywhere. The employee blamed the delivery driver for not placing the package further inside the room. The problem is that I have lost multiple packages that were already inside the package room. This is clearly an ongoing issue. For a property charging the rent it does, it’s surprising that management has not implemented a more secure solution such as package lockers or lockboxes. My latest package was only worth about $10. It was stolen in less than 24 hours as I’m writing this in late morning, and this has been happening for months. The only response from management has been an email disclaiming responsibility and “this happens everywhere”. No meaningful action has been taken to improve security or address residents’ concerns. This is absolutely unacceptable. update on 6/23: I posted this on 6/21 I believe. And by the morning of 6/23, I lost another package, same thing: delivered the night prior, went downstairs in the morning and it’s gone. it’s twice in 3 days :) what a place

  I only recently moved in, but specifically wanted to call out Eric, who's been incredibly helpful and reliable at all hours in handling maintenance requests. My leasing agent Amir has been fantastic as well. 10/10.

  Had an amazing touring experience with Amir at WM. What a lovely person, very knowledgeable about the building and never feeling pressured or rushed. Highly recommend coming to check this place out. Amir is the nicest agent I’ve come across. It was pleasure dealing with him.

  I recently had the pleasure of touring WM by CLG with Amir, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, Amir made me feel welcome with his warm personality, professional demeanor, and, not to mention, his fantastic sense of humor that kept the entire tour light and enjoyable. Amir truly went above and beyond by attentively listening to my needs and helping me figure out exactly what I was looking for. His genuine interest and insightful suggestions made the process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines such expertise with the ability to make you laugh along the way. WM by CLG itself is a standout property in West LA. The building boasts a stunning design, and the rooftop is, without a doubt, the most beautiful I’ve seen in the area—perfect for relaxing evenings or social gatherings with breathtaking views. Plus, the gym is phenomenal, offering a top-of-the-line facility that caters to every fitness need. If you’re on the hunt for a new home in West LA, I can’t recommend WM by CLG enough. And when you do, be sure to ask for Amir—his professionalism, attentiveness, and infectious humor truly make him a leasing agent you won’t want to miss!
