We transferred to the Olive site after the closing of the Gas Company Tower location in February 2024. In particular, I want to name David and Jocelyn (she transferred from the Gas Company Tower) for their excellent customer service, whether a morning hello or troubleshooting member requests. As the executive director of a community-based organization (CBO) and an 8-year member, it is important to me to have an external partner who continueto raise my member experience Thank you for your service to our staff, guests, and to me.
