  I’ve had a great experience living at West Park Village Apartments. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that really makes it feel like home. The grounds are always taken care of, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. One of the standout parts of my experience has been the staff—especially David Castro. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Whether it’s responding quickly to concerns, helping with maintenance issues, or just being friendly and approachable, David truly makes a difference in the quality of living here. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. Overall, I highly recommend West Park Village Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. Great environment, great service, and exceptional staff.

  I recently toured West Park Village Apartment Homes and had a great experience !! David was welcoming, answered all my questions, and made the process feel easy. The community looked clean, peaceful, and well cared for. It definitely left a positive impression. :)

  David and the rest of the team made moving in so easy. They’re all super helpful, friendly and go above and beyond with this place. I have never lived in such a well maintained community in the Los Angeles area. 10/10

  Overall, it's fine. However, sometimes there will be extremely loud construction (or destruction) taking place next to residents' homes with no prior notice. For example, I am leaving this review while someone is taking a JACKHAMMER to the stairs nearest to my apartment. A JACKHAMMER on the STAIRS next to people's HOMES, everyone. This comes a few months after they installed metal covers to all the external pipes, which meant DRILLING directly into the opposite side of residents' homes. Again, with no prior notice. Shortly after these covers were installed, they were removed so all that DRILLING ended up being pointless. Like I said, it's overall fine but these baffling decisions and lack of attention towards residents just make my head spin.
