  My son and I had an absolute wonderful time living in this community, we particularly loved our unit 3-28A which featured a gorgeous pool view and lush greenery all around. Creating an exceptionally peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The management team Omar & David was incredibly welcoming and very responsive to any needs. I also want to give a special shout-out to Edgar on the maintenance team , he always went above and beyond on everything he took care of. If anyone is looking for a tranquil, great neighbors and amazing staff I couldn’t recommend this property enough. ❤️

  I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and have had a great experience. I’m consistently impressed by how friendly and responsive everyone who works here is, and how much the property has continued to improve. Since I moved in, they’ve added new BBQ grills, a dog washing station, and redone the gym. The property is very well maintained and cleaned regularly, and maintenance requests are usually taken care of the same day. I know some of the negative reviews mention the age of some of the apartments, but I’ve found management to be very proactive when issues come up. They really do work hard to find solutions and take care of residents. A lot of the maintenance issues are things that happen in any older apartment complex. At the same time, they’re continually updating the property, and whenever an apartment becomes available, it gets renovated with newer finishes like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. They also host resident events twice a year with food and drinks, which is a really nice way to meet people and get to know the community. Love the 2 pools and hot tub and lots of greenery! Overall, I’ve been very happy living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live!

  I’ve had a great experience living at West Park Village Apartments. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that really makes it feel like home. The grounds are always taken care of, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. One of the standout parts of my experience has been the staff—especially David Castro. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Whether it’s responding quickly to concerns, helping with maintenance issues, or just being friendly and approachable, David truly makes a difference in the quality of living here. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. Overall, I highly recommend West Park Village Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. Great environment, great service, and exceptional staff.

  I recently toured West Park Village Apartment Homes and had a great experience !! David was welcoming, answered all my questions, and made the process feel easy. The community looked clean, peaceful, and well cared for. It definitely left a positive impression. :)
