  Such a great spot. The location itself is ideal. You're close enough to the action, but tucked away far enough from the chaos of Hollywood. The building manager, Paul, has been nothing but attentive and always willing to listen and help. The complex is kept safe and monitored, and the neighbors keep an eye out for the place. Super glad to have found a great spot to call home.

  We had an exceptional experience with this apartment. This is the first place I had ever stayed at that the renter provides disposable toothbrush, q- tips with dental floss and makeup remover cloth. The apartment was nice and clean. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for a place to stay.

  I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism of Paul from the first time I went to see the unit. He is upfront, kind, personable and follows through in a timely and hassle-free manner. The building is clean, quiet, functional and safe thanks to Paul’s management. He had me sold from the first minute. Great job Vues and Paul - you’ve created a lovely community in the heart of Hollywood!

  UPDATE DEC 2024: Just a heads up to anyone thinking of moving here, as of Dec 1st they have switched to a new property management company (seemingly at the last minute, we were not notified until a week before), so the quality of services I speak of below pertains to the former company (unfortunately Esteban is no longer here because of this). Since my review was all about how the quality of services is what makes the Vues on Gordon experience five stars, I will leave a review in a few months about how the experience has changed and if its still to the same quality with the new company once I am acquainted, to help anyone else make an informed decision about living here. ------------------------------------------------------ For me, the property management / maintenance team makes or breaks the experience of living at a location, so I just wanted to give Esteban a shoutout. He has made the Vues on Gordon experience top notch since he got here (I believe it was roughly a year and a half ago), and a place I couldn't imagine choosing to leave , as I know this high quality level of service is extremely rare to come by. He goes above and beyond to attend to the needs of residents in a speedy and thorough manner, and treats everyone's concerns with empathy and responsiveness -- he's a joy to have around, respectful and trustworthy, and genuinely cares about my experience as a resident and attending to any issues that arise in my unit as quickly as possible. I had an issue (unique to my unit) for years with a sound, that the former property management /maintenance team shrugged off and didn't take any initiative to look into, but ever since Esteban arrived, he validated the gravity of the issue, he went out of his way to figure out what was causing it, and put maximum effort into finding solutions and advocating for their implementation (this is SO refreshing, as this is rare to come by in Los Angeles, from hearing all of my friends' anecdotes over the years about their living experiences at various apartments.) Esteban has the best interest of the residents at heart and is fully invested in providing the highest quality experience to them. If you care about the service you are provided, this is a building I would highly recommend choosing.

  Such a nice brand new building in the area. You can literally walk to everything you need.
