    Professional and courteous maintenance crew! Immediate response to water leak from apartment above mine. By the time I arrived home, 30-60 minutes later, water had been dealt with by running water removal machine, plus dehumidifier. Handled my personal items with care. Thank you to Edwin, Jose, and the newest maintenance crew member!

    We were genuinely excited to move into Villa Vicente, but unfortunately our experience has been extremely stressful from the very beginning. Even before move-in, the process was disorganized. We experienced repeated communication issues, unanswered calls and emails, conflicting information from staff, application/payment system problems, and difficulty getting clear answers from management. At one point we were told a manager would contact us, only to later find out there was apparently no manager available. We documented all of this through email because the communication became so inconsistent. We were also under significant time pressure because my mother was undergoing surgery and we needed to secure housing quickly. We communicated this clearly throughout the process. Despite the rocky onboarding process, we still moved forward because we were reassured that the unit had been inspected, had no issues prior to move-in, and that management would work with us if any major problems arose. One thing that was especially frustrating was that almost immediately after we moved in, the pricing for comparable units on the website appeared to drop. After going through an extremely stressful and rushed process to secure this apartment, it was difficult seeing lower pricing advertised right after move-in while we were already dealing with multiple unresolved issues. Unfortunately, shortly after moving in, we began experiencing multiple issues with the apartment and maintenance. One of the most concerning issues involved our refrigerator not maintaining safe temperatures, which created concerns about food safety and bacteria growth. Many of the issues we experienced appeared to be things that should have been addressed prior to move-in. We were also told that the thermostat and wall unit system would help circulate heating and airflow throughout the apartment. After moving in, we discovered there is no central fan system pushing air through the unit, causing the heat and airflow to remain primarily in the living room area instead of circulating properly throughout the apartment. On top of paying an extremely high monthly cost approaching $3,000 total to live here, we also experienced ongoing problems with the laundry facilities. Machines repeatedly took money without functioning properly, and we experienced clothing damage as well. We consistently communicated respectfully, documented concerns, and attempted to resolve issues privately before ever considering posting a review. We requested reasonable concessions based on the circumstances and ongoing issues we were dealing with, but management declined to provide anything meaningful outside of options involving additional fees or moving. What has been most disappointing is not just the maintenance itself, but the overall pattern of communication, lack of accountability, and the amount of stress this situation created after we were assured the apartment was ready. I strongly recommend future tenants document everything in writing, thoroughly inspect their unit immediately upon move-in, and ensure all promises or representations are confirmed in writing. The team is for the most part willing to help and kind. The maintenance are quick to respond, they do a good job responding but my new air conditioner is quiet and efficient compared to the previous old model. I still think about how horrible this experience was and how it disrupted our peace / sanity for 2 months. I was told there would be new appliance and now we have found rust in our dishwasher. I would highly recommend NOT signing here with their weird 3rd party bank checker. They don’t look for “reoccurring” bank deposits. Cameron showed me an entire shot of everything in my bank account. They look right into your bank account. Also on top of it instead of trying to help us for the disturbances their mistakes have caused Pauline SENT ME THEIR LAWYERS INFORMATION. I will say the grounds team is great but their management and leasing agents need work. Do you not realize your job directly affects peoples lives?

    The light above my bathroom sink was replaced. It only took a day to complete. The worker was very courteous and nice to talk to. What was supposed to be a two day job only took one day to complete. Job well done!

    First of all, Vila Vicente Apartment Homes is like a Resort! Lots of trees, waterfalls greenery areas all over the complex, very pretty, clean, and very Safe. The Management is superb, very friendly, organized, detailed oriented, uses up to date machineries and equipments. They are on top of their games! The maintenance crew are the best! If we have any problems with plumbing, heating, AC, electrical, flooring, ceiling etc…it gets fixed right away. No need to tell them twice, it gets fixed immediately. I love that about Villa Vicente , it gets done. There is no down time in Villa Vicente Apartment Homes, always busy and friendly!!!
