  The maintenance guy Eric came to assist me today with some upkeeping in my apartment following the renewal of my lease & he couldn’t have been more of assistance! He’s a hard, fast , and respectful worker ! Even tried giving him a til in which he declined

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can't recommend Topaz Apartments enough! After comparing many apartments in the area, choosing Topaz was one of the best decisions I made. The property itself is amazing. Everything is modern and feels brand new. Every day, you're welcomed by a wonderful signature scent throughout the building, which makes it feel like you're walking into a luxury hotel. The community is surrounded by beautiful greenery and peaceful fountains, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. The soundproofing is also excellent,I rarely hear any noise from my neighbors, which has made living here incredibly comfortable. One of my favorite features is the security. There are two secured entrance gates, so I always feel safe coming home. I also want to give a huge thank you to Kayla. She was one of the biggest reasons I chose Topaz. She is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find a great leasing deal, and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. Even after I moved in, whenever I had any questions or needed assistance, she always responded quickly and was genuinely happy to help. I've lived in several apartments before, and Topaz has been the best living experience I've had so far. If you're looking for a beautiful, safe, modern community with an outstanding leasing team, I highly recommend Topaz—and definitely ask for Kayla!

  MOVE-IN- WAS EFFORTLESS BY MS EUNICE & MS LYDIA. MS KAYLA & STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS. MAINTENANCE 5 STAR. STAFF ATTENDS TO ANY REQUEST PROMPTLY AND HAS FOUND RESOLVE WITH ALL MY CONCERNS. I FEEL SAFE AND HEARD. BLDG IS CLEAN AND QUIET. NO PARKING ISSUES AND SMOKING RELATED ISSUES ARE PROMPTLY ADDRESSED. I UTILIZE AND ENJOY THE AMENITIES GYM, JACUZZI AND REC ROOM. VERY GLAD TO SAY OVERALL NEIGHBORS ARE FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL. OVER A YEAR TENANCY AND I AM STILL OVERALL HAPPY WITH MY HOME!
