  Very bad communications, called multiple times and didnt answer, and then all of a sudden just cancelled my showing appointment. It is a waste of time

  The view leasing team is always friendly and welcoming, and they are quick to help whenever I have a question or need assistance. One of the things I like most is that the apartments are larger and unit is so bright than many other places in Koreatown, and the location is great. Everything is close by, which makes daily life very convenient. I also want to give a special thanks to Michelle. She is always kind, patient, and willing to help, and it’s especially nice to have a Korean-speaking manager who understands residents’ needs. Chuy (I’m not sure if that’s the right spelling ) has been very helpful as well and always does his best to assist whenever something comes up. Since the management change, I’ve noticed a lot of effort being put into improving the property and making it a better place to live. Change flooring, Clean pool, upgrade lobby, fix elevator, lots of monitoring camera.. It’s nice to see that they care about the residents and are actively working on improvements. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and would definitely recommend this apartment community to others looking for a comfortable place to live in Koreatown. 😊

  I have been living at The View Apartments, and my experience has been excellent. Michelle and her team do an outstanding job managing the property. They are always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, they handle everything quickly and efficiently. The community is well-maintained, and it’s clear that Michelle and her team work hard to make this a great place to live. I truly appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service. I highly recommend The View Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community. Thank you, Michelle and the entire team, for all your hard work!

  I absolutely love living here! The property is clean, quiet, and well managed. The staff has been wonderful, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. A huge shoutout to Michelle for always being so kind, helpful, and professional. She genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find a manager who is this responsive and dedicated. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live! 😊

  They have cockroaches in the lobby, the elevator has been broken for 6 months and is STILL broken (it's also extremely slow), Michelle, the 'manager' is genuinely useless and I'm wondering if she is pretending to work at the View (that's how bad she does her job). To anyone who is reading this, I'm warning you to not move in...you'll want to move out immediately. I moved out because the change in managers/ownership was so apparent.
