  Do not live here I can’t WAIT to move. There are a number of on going issues that are NEVER addressed by management. They don’t respond to any emails and don’t even go through voicemails bc the mail box is full. Not only have there been stolen packages, rats (I killed a total of 3), homeless walking around and ppl smoking ILLEGAL substances around families and children, but all of this has been reported and no one has done anything about it. Not only that but one time Maintenance urinated all over my bathroom and other valuable luggage items while fixing my closet. And again, nothing has been done about it on their end only mine. No apology or accountability. Today I called (they answered for the first time in days) to report the washers aren’t working and I was told residents are supposed to scan a QR code and request maintenance from the third party company??? No one in the office wants to do anything they just care about getting paid. It’s ridiculous. Madison (who’s temporary) and the young man are very helpful and seem to care a little. The manager Karen doesn’t care to respond to anything and Lisa is very rude and dismissive.

  The apartment is fine. However there is one thing from me giving this a higher rating; packages get stolen because there is no ample security system in place. After countless packages stolen in my hallway, management has done nothing to prevent theft. No cameras in the hallway, no secure package lockers, nothing. It's getting ridiculous. In fact, management had sent out an email over the holidays prompting us to "be careful" and install our own Ring Cameras. Incredible ball drop from management.

  Not worth it. Don’t move here!! I called this apartment complex home for 4 years. Yes, it’s convenient and has amenities but the new property management is horrible. They will tow your vehicle, the manager is rude and they rotate through staff. Lots of homeless around, it’s becoming unsafe. It seems like they are creating a horrible living condition to kick renters out and rise rent!! Beware!!! I also never received my deposit back.

  Once again and until I am contacted by this management, i will continue to wonder them for lack of professionalism. Here it’s going on 3 months i HAVE YET TO RECEIVE My DEPOSIT BACK. I have been played with by the leasing office countless of times and North Hollywood postal service. The amount of disgusting business practices are beyond anything that’s should exist when trying to survive in Los Angeles. By far the worst administration and living means. Please look forward to more and more comments about the truth with living in the marquee. NO STARS is really the token!!!!
