  I had a scheduled appointment to view this building, but it turned into a complete waste of time. I drove there, waited outside for about 30 minutes, and no manager ever showed up. I tried calling the contact number multiple times, but I could only reach an AI system that was unable to help or connect me with a real person. No one contacted me, apologized, or provided any assistance. Very unprofessional experience. I do not recommend dealing with this building or its management.

  We had an appointment scheduled with the agent at 1 PM today, but nobody showed up. We waited outside for over 30 minutes in 95°F (35°C) heat, and no one even bothered to let us know they were running late or weren’t coming. I actually started feeling sick because of the heat. This is an incredibly disrespectful way to treat potential tenants who were seriously considering living here. If this is how they treat new clients, I can’t imagine how they treat the people who already live in this building. I would absolutely not recommend The Marq Apartments to anyone. If you’re thinking about moving here, think twice. Poor communication, zero respect for people’s time, and terrible customer service. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

  We were recently in need for a new apartment. Came across this nice building in Highland Park that’s perfect for us to commute to work. Very easy access to the freeway 110 and everything is so close such as shopping and entertainment. When we requested to tour, what a professional experience we got. They were very knowledgeable and easy to understand and explain everything we requested. Great clean building with very nice people. We love it here and can’t thank enough for the amazing team’s hospitality and dedication to making sure everyone is happy, safe and always taken care of.
