- TTTavApr 18, 20235.0Giving this property 5 stars easily!! The layout of this apartment is amazing. This place is kept clean, has great views of the city. I love the pool and jacuzzi area and the fitness center is very useful. The crew is always friendly and very helpful. I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the office. Tamakia was so helpful from the start, all the way through my touring process and leasing journey. She was outstanding!! I was given a very detailed tour of the facility and a room by Nicole, who was super knowledgable. While on tour, she introduced me to the maintenance guy Marquis. I asked him a couple of questions in regards to concerns in past reviews. He was very courteous in answering any question I had for him. I highly recommend The Mansfield to anyone!
- ARAshley ReschOct 14, 20222.0the units are beautiful however unless you want to pay $4000+ a month for constant construction noise 6 days a week starting at 7am , with some units having zero cellphone service, don't move here. they do not disclose any other this prior to moving in btw 🥰

The building management especially the previous Manager Carra and the new manager Stefanie are horrible and rude. The AC also sucks, but that's far from the problem with this place. However, if you can tolerate unprofessional and disrespectful management, then you shouldn't have an issue here.
