- AAAlex AlamJul 30, 20261.0Wouldn’t ever recommend living here. Overpriced and management can be hard to contact because they have a different person for every little thing. The main utilities (electric excluded) are managed by the building through “Yes Management”, where your utilities are the most expensive you will ever see in LA with no justification of the price because they are probably made up costs. Expect at least $250 in utilities before your electric + internet. The pipes would burst at least once a month and they would send an email saying the water would be shut off constantly. A pipe even burst in our bathroom and it flooded. It took 5 hours to get someone to come fix it, no urgency at all. All this and they will still charge you the full water bill as if the pipes aren’t constantly bursting and water being wasted each month. Lastly, they will charge you for the routine cleaning and painting of the unit even if you have proof that you left it in good condition/within normal wear and tear. They don’t care and won’t respond to you and will steal your money. They ghosted our unit after the mention of small-claims court because they can’t defend their shady business practices.
