  I experienced severe mental stress during my 15 months living at this apartment. One of them was the constant cockroach infestation — they were everywhere: under my sofa, under my bed, near my front door, in the hallways, parking garage, and even inside my apartment. I was forced to live with live cockroaches inside my home for days, and I have over 30 photos documenting this issue. Management made little to no effort to properly resolve it. One time, I briefly left my laundry basket in the laundry room, and cockroaches got inside and contaminated my clothes, which honestly left me traumatized. On top of that, the apartment constantly tries to charge tenants unreasonable fees. They added cleaning charges at move-out that were never properly disclosed, charged me $150 for trash violations I never committed, and even tried charging painting fees for damage that was not my responsibility. They also incorrectly double-charged utility fees, and despite me repeatedly emailing clear proof, management ignored the issue and instead continued sending threatening payment emails. Living here means dealing with unfair charges, intimidation, and constant stress. I truly hope no one else has to go through this experience. I decided to pay part of these unreasonable charges only because I no longer wanted to continue suffering mentally — not because I was afraid or because these charges were justified. I hope the people working here reflect on their professionalism, ethics, and the way they treat residents^^^

  I moved in about two days ago. The first night the deadbolt did not lock. After a long move I was not able to lock the door, very upsetting. Secondly I had to take a shower, however, the bath tub was clogged. When I sent an email to maintenance and the manger of the complex that night there was no response. I requested her supervisor name asap and no response. The next morning when I called the emergency line. Maintenance came right away fixed the door and clogged drain. They even explained why the plumbing sucks here. After spending the night here I went down to dump my trash. I ran into the manager and asked if she received my email and she dismissed me and said she just arrived. I continued with my day and waited for a response and never received a response. I thought how rude. Now two days later my sink is clogging. Im going to go down and speak with the manager, personally. However, I was surprised because the leasing agent was so courteous, patient and kind when giving me a tour of the facilities. I never would have believed the manager would be so rude and disrespectful. Although the amenities, such as gym, pool and lounge area are nice. Respect and customer services are desired from all, but especially the Manager of facility.
