- YTYukio TakedaApr 29, 20264.0This resident is safe, quiet and well-maintained. Management clerks and maintenance clues are working everyday daytime, and they are friendly, kind and sincere. So, if there is any concern, I can ask or talk them easily. In a few minutes walk, we can visit local shopping center (bakery, pharmacy, barbar, post office etc.), in a 10-15 minutes walk, we can visit San Vicente Blvd, there are many banks, restaurants, supermarkets and other utilities. It's so convenient. I felt some inconvenience that (1) there is just one access road to this resident, so school commuting time is crowded, (2) the gym and pool is little bit small.
