  I've had a great experience living at Skyview Sunset. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and the amenities are truly top-notch. What really sets it apart, though, is Lisette. She is hands down the best building manager I've ever worked with—always attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. She made the move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free, and she's always on top of maintenance requests and anything residents need. It's rare to find this level of care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

  This apartment complex has gone downhill quickly because several units are being used as Airbnb short-term rentals despite our lease agreement saying that is not allowed . There are constantly new people coming and going, making it feel more like a budget hotel than a residential community. Despite multiple complaints..including concerns for my safety after my girlfriend dealt with a stalker before… management has done nothing. I signed a lease expecting a long-term community, not revolving Airbnb guests. I would not recommend living here.

  Don’t live here unless you want to live with people coming in and out constantly booking on VRBO/ airbnb. They have 5-6 units that are air bnbs without any tenets knowledge. Multiple people staying in one unit. New people coming in and out every day. The place is now unsafe, dirty & feels like a cheap hotel. I’ve even told ownership to stop this multiple times because I’ve dealt with a stalker and they haven’t stopped it. I signed a lease that said long term rentals only other wise I would have never lived here. It is new people coming in and out everyday and anyone can book it. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

  The building is beautiful, and we've had a great experience so far. Lizette has been incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and making the process smooth and easy.

  One of the best things about Skyview Sunset is the people. Beyond the attractive building and amenities, the residents are respectful, welcoming, and create a true sense of community.
