- LBLandon BaeskensAug 3, 20265.0Louis Williams was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. He made the experience extremely positive from start to finish and went above and beyond to meet my needs while helping me find the perfect home. His patience, dedication, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. I truly appreciate everything he did and wish him continued success in his current position and all of his future endeavors. Thank you again, Louis!

- CSCourtney-Monet S.Sep 25, 20251.0Bait and switch - I signed a lease that clearly outlined the terms and price for the apartment I was renting. As soon as I sent the documents back, the property manager called to inform me that the rental price was actually going to be DOUBLE what was listed on both the application and lease agreement. After I threatened to get my lawyers involved he agreed to give a full refund. Now 3 months later I’m being contacted about an outstanding bill with the property for $500 - I never moved in here and all of the above is outlined in writing from the property manager. Management is clearly not on the same page and no one has any clue what the hell is going on. Not to mention the parking garage (which you have to pay for) is 8 minutes away. Just a mess. -10000/10 would not recommend.
