  I've been around for places for some time now. When I stumbled upon Rancho Los Feliz, I was greeted with welcoming arms by Quandel. The tour of the place made me feel like this is my next home. Quandel was very insightful and knowledgeable of the place and the surrounding area. I didn't feel like I was being sold a place and it felt more like talking with a friend that was helping me figure out where I was going to move! Thank you so much!!

  Wow!! What a beautiful property! I was taken on a tour by one of the employees named Quandel and he was so informative!! He was able to answer all of my questions about the unit and policies for the property. He was so patient and kind when me and my fiancé showed up. He was on time and professional. We were able to leave with more eagerness of our move to California!

  Love the events they do! The yoga teacher was great. The class was so relaxing, perfect way to start a Saturday. Would love if it could happen once in a while, I’d definitely come.

  Our move in experience has been great so far! The team here at Rancho Los Feliz is very responsive and eager to help! We had a big move from Orlando Florida to LA. Camille and Erica helped every step of the way answering all of our questions and made sure we had everything arranged before our move started!

  I lived at this property, and the lease included a non-refundable $25 monthly payment instead of what was supposedly meant to be a security deposit. When I moved out and requested a pre-move-out inspection — both by sending a letter and visiting the office in person — nobody ever completed the inspection. I returned the apartment in perfect condition. After some time, I received a call from a collection agency, which negatively affected my credit score and caused me certain problems. And I’ll skip all the smaller issues — like workers making noise outside the windows early in the morning, trimming palm trees or blowing leaves off the sidewalks.
