  i genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about Quandel. this man deserves a raise, a promotion, a bonus, and honestly his own wing of the apartment complex. from the moment we called for a tour, Quandel went WAY above and beyond to help us. we had a ton of questions, and he answered every single one with so much patience, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. he never made us feel like we were bothering him or taking up too much of his time, even though it was 6:40pm, already way past closing time!! Quandel has the kind of customer service that you rarely come across anymore. he was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, patient, personable, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. from the street, the complex is unassuming and seems small. once you walk inside, ur surrounded by massive trees and plenty of greenery with a couple of squirrels running around. the fitness center also has a beautiful view of the community and pool area where residents can relax. touring the place with Quandel is the reason we fully committed within 2 hours. Management, if you are reading this: PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. Whatever you are paying him is not enough. He is an absolute asset to this property and represents the kind of customer service every company should strive for. Quandel, if you happen to read this: THANK YOU!!! You were absolutely incredible, and we are so grateful for everything you did for us. you made such a great first impression that honestly, you deserve a review before we’ve even moved in :)

  From Pat Luca & husband Jay Garvey from Connecticut: Rancho Los Feliz was the only unit that had cathedral ceilings in the one bedroom & 3 month lease that we toured, which I liked. The bedroom model was spacious with a regular kitchen. The deck view was the golf course. I would like photos of the one bedroom unit with cathedral ceilings near the dog playground to share with my children please. I need a price for most likely January, February & March to avoid our snowy winter. Leidy was very nice & would follow up with price end of October. I loved the foliage especially around the decent sized swimming pool. Loved palm trees. Liked the tree house fitness center & computer study. Wish list would include larger deck & in unit washer/ dryer if possible. Yours, Patricia Luca

  I've been around for places for some time now. When I stumbled upon Rancho Los Feliz, I was greeted with welcoming arms by Quandel. The tour of the place made me feel like this is my next home. Quandel was very insightful and knowledgeable of the place and the surrounding area. I didn't feel like I was being sold a place and it felt more like talking with a friend that was helping me figure out where I was going to move! Thank you so much!!
