  Aurea was a great help throughout the application process and was always very kind and professional. She kept me updated on every step of the application and made sure I was informed about any changes or important information. Her communication was clear, timely, and very helpful, which made the whole experience much less stressful. I really appreciated her patience, positive attitude.

  Really shocked to see high reviews here. My family and I were abandoned by PMI; they refused to address severe safety, animal cruelty, noise, and toxic material concerns all around our property. Staff takes a very long time to respond to requests and act as though tenants inconvenience them. Staff also attempted to steal my family's security deposit without providing an itemized list of evidence as required by CA law. Also, the way this company runs trash and electricity service is comical & they also expect tenants to monitor and defend the property against former tenants now banned from the property. The company also refuses to install cameras or locks on gates, leading to several incidents of theft and smashed windows at our property. I really cannot stress to you enough: if you are reading this, please choose another company and another apartment. I worked in housing services in LA for several years, so I've seen a lot of abuses, but PMI is truly one of the worst. Specifically in the Crenshaw area - they are actively scamming people.

  the leasing coordinator was super helpful and kind ! helped answer all the questions I had :) Was updated very quick about my application status and approved within a week !

  I am very grateful and appreciative to the staff at PMI who helped me move into my living situation now. I am finally able to say that I have my own place and will forever be grateful. If you are doubting to use this resource, please contact them and ask for help and guidance they will be happy to help.
