  something very shady going on here. you guys have a unit listed on your company website AND on apartments.com showing a low income unit available. I called and spoke to someone about a few questions i had, then called back a few days later and all of a sudden its not supposed to be available and there is apparently a waiting list. If any of that were true then why is it listed and has been listed for 3 weeks now.... Also the lady i spoke to says the "low income" price is actually 2300 not the 1850 it shows online. $2300 is more than your 2 bedroom non low income units are listed for. How is any of that possible or accurate. Very obvious discrimination happening here.

  Realmente soy sincero no se vayan a vivir ahí es muy desagradable tienen infestaciones de cucarachas tienen humedad la zona de lavado es fatal la nevera y estufa no sirven son viejas la renta es demasiado y cobran extras no sé por qué por otro lado los habitantes de calle duermen en las escaleras o en los parqueaderos igual dejan sus eses no es seguro no vivan ahí or su bienestar y por su limpieza no pierdan su dinero

  When Greystar was owning our complex, me and my roommate have had a wonderful experience as this was our first big move together to Los Angeles. Then another company took over in the middle of 2025 and it’s been the worst experience.. Rent got bumped up an additional $200 to $300, utilities were being separated, them not picking up and “not receiving” our rent when we pay it when it’s due. We started having issues with the website and were for some reason not able to pay our rent online anymore. This complex is no longer safe nor reliable. Cars have been broken into and rent has been stolen from this place. I do not recommend.
