From the paperwork to the day I actually got the keys, she was super responsive, organized, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready to go and that I felt welcomed from day one. If you are looking to lease here, definitely ask for Kimberly—she’s amazing!

One word- WOW; A beautiful building, excellent amenities, very clean and cared for, with round the clock front desk staff and security. Speaking of staff? Good golly Ms. Molly, you’re talking fantastic, professional, and genuine folks who care for the space and the people in it. A special shoutout to Kim, the leasing manager we worked with; great sense of humor, highly knowledgeable, saintly levels of patience, and a treat to work with in the process of getting our apartment. One month in and me, my roommate, and his dog are loving every second of it, and so are our friends who stop by (when they’re not getting jealous of our kitchen island 🤣)
