  Just moved into Olive DTLA and the experience has been great so far. Kimberly was incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process. She was patient with my questions, responsive, and made everything feel straightforward. The rest of the staff has been equally friendly and welcoming every time I’ve stopped by the leasing office. The building itself is clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are a nice plus. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking in DTLA.

  Olive DTLA has been great! Excellent vibe, attentive and caring staff, enjoyable amenities. I toured several apartments in the area and this one stood out positively. Our leasing specialist, Kim, was a joy to work! She communicated important details, answered our questions, and made us feel welcome.

  i've been living here for almost 10 months now and the living situation has been fine. when i have issues or questions (even regarding lease renewal in a different unit), management is impossible to reach. extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. i've been trying to get management to help me with lease renewal for almost a month and it's been complete radio silence. i also have a missing package and i haven't been able to talk to anyone. no one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. seriously reconsidering renewing and moving elsewhere.

  Living here is pretty awesome. When you need something fixed, it's fixed promptly. The common areas are kept clean, even the stairwells. There is a trash chute, which I absolutely love. Washer and dryer in unit. Kimberly is usually at the front and she is so attentive and helpful. My only issue is the size of my apt. It's a bit of a tight fit. It's a loft so it's technically a one bedroom but there are no doors to create secondary areas. I was trying to move to a larger apt. and it's much worse in terms of value. The price point just doesn't make sense. Especially compared to other apartments in the area. So when my lease is up I'm probably going to have to move. I'm kinda sad about that. You know how hard it is to find a good apt, with an ideal location, a welcoming community, a good rental company, great maintenance and great staff. This place has it all.

  Kim and Hansol are outstanding leasing agents at Olive DTLA. They’ve made my moving experience truly amazing, and I’m so excited to become a new resident. This duo is phenomenal.
