  I had a great experience with Olive DTLA, especially working with Brooke. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. She made everything easy to understand, kept me informed, and was always willing to answer any questions I had. Olive DTLA itself is definitely a nice place to consider if you’re looking for a home in Downtown LA. The community is in a convenient location, the apartments are nice, and my overall experience with the leasing process was very positive. Kim customer service really stood out and made an already good impression of the property even better. I would definitely recommend checking out Olive DTLA and working with Kim if you’re considering moving here.

  Kim was a great help! Very pleasant and listened to my needs doing my tour. She showed me several great options but ultimately I settled on the one the that I liked most. The apartment complex is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The South Park area of downtown is also pretty safe and quiet for the most part.

  Thank you Olive dtla! Lived here for 2 years and this was the best apartment I’ve lived in. Maintenance is great and comes the next day after requests are sent. Central air uses a NEST thermostat and you can control it from the app if you want which is awesome, and it’s super easy to use. Walls are thick, I never heard my neighbors once. Building is kept clean, has a really good gym, and the hot tub is cool too. Package room is shared but never had any issues with that. Security has continued to get better with the new company and the parking garage was always secure with my time there. Will list some cons but the apt still out weighed them to where I enjoyed living here. The building has also continued to improve with getting back to you in a timely manner, and if you really need to get in contact quickly, it’s best to go in person, literally just like anywhere else. I’d definitely recommend living here if you are looking to make dtla your home for however long! Cons: It’s dtla Still no retail on 1st floor. Landlord needs to lower their prices on those spaces so companies can move in. Sidewalks are barely washed, so it always stinks. Wished this was a daily thing. Not much around. Have to walk up to 8th to be by anything. But hopefully more options will expand south over time Barely any guest parking, even with all the vacant retail parking spaces that aren’t being used
