  There is trash being left right outside the doors in the hallway, and one of the residents has left dog feces on their balcony for over a month without cleaning it. I can see it every time I walk by, and it makes me feel sick. I have complained to management, but nothing has been done. Also, more than half of my packages are being stolen from the mailroom. I can no longer have anything shipped to my apartment because it keeps getting stolen. When I complain, management simply tells me to contact Amazon and report the package as missing.

  Thank you Olive dtla! Lived here for 2 years and this was the best apartment I’ve lived in. Maintenance is great and comes the next day after requests are sent. Central air uses a NEST thermostat and you can control it from the app if you want which is awesome, and it’s super easy to use. Walls are thick, I never heard my neighbors once. Building is kept clean, has a really good gym, and the hot tub is cool too. Package room is shared but never had any issues with that. Security has continued to get better with the new company and the parking garage was always secure with my time there. Will list some cons but the apt still out weighed them to where I enjoyed living here. The building has also continued to improve with getting back to you in a timely manner, and if you really need to get in contact quickly, it’s best to go in person, literally just like anywhere else. I’d definitely recommend living here if you are looking to make dtla your home for however long! Cons: It’s dtla Still no retail on 1st floor. Landlord needs to lower their prices on those spaces so companies can move in. Sidewalks are barely washed, so it always stinks. Wished this was a daily thing. Not much around. Have to walk up to 8th to be by anything. But hopefully more options will expand south over time Barely any guest parking, even with all the vacant retail parking spaces that aren’t being used

  Move in was great they have helped us a lot over these past few months and very great workers thank you to Kim for getting our move in so nice and smoothly. Isareal was also helpful with our move im even with questions about monthly payments and bills. Great apartment
