I booked an appointment for a tour and their AI was the only one I spoke with. After confirming multiple times and getting there a bit early, the AI leasing agent told me there wasn't a booking.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. The grounds are well-kept, and I love the amenities, especially the gym and pool. It’s a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shops and restaurants, which is super convenient. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable here and would definitely recommend it to others!

Front office is great but advise against this building. They've now gotten rid of security and not only is the front door broken so it's no longer safe, but the noise is out of control. Also - we've been here over 7 years and all of the sudden the price per month to sign a new lease went up over $200 per month. We've talked to other tenants who say theirs has gone up the same or more and they'll be moving. It feels like this building doesn't care about tenant retention anymore. In the past 6 months its turned into more of a fraternity house with lots of smokers and loud music than a home. And there is no sound proofing between floors. You can hear every move of the people above you, including them opening drawers. It's irritating especially when you have a sleeping baby. We also had our long boards stolen and for some reason, the security cameras didn't catch anything. Finally, the great maintenance people they had seem to be leaving. I don't know if they've been fired or left, but they used to have an amazing team and I question why they are disappearing. Also, the building is getting very old with broken pipes and a broken hot tub all the time. Sadly, it's not worth the money to really be here anymore. It's saving grace though is the front office. They try their best but they only have so much control. If you are looking for a place to stay more than a year, I'd look elsewhere.
