  The staff is very kind and attentive to our requests. Whenever we ask them to fix something, it’s taken care of right away. The cleaning team is incredibly hardworking - the building is always clean, and the elevator and lobby consistently smell fresh.

  Evelyne is a very helpful person and works very hard to make to community a better place to live. And this place is very close to UCLA. It's a good place for UCLA students to live here.

  I had really bad experience there. They were showing me an apartment on Saturday on August 4th. I told them that we can move in late August or early Sep. They encouraged us to apply. After we applied and paid the application fee, they changed our application and told us that apt we applied will be provided with someone else who can move in earlier. Terrible!

  Very pretty from the outside, but a bit expensive and some of the ceiling tiles look like they need to be replace/repaired.
