  I have lived in Midvale Towers for over a year (renewed my lease!) Alec is wonderful! He is responsive and attentive. He always made time to show me available apartments, and as a resident, he has always been supportive of every request. Having Alec on site is incredibly helpful to come upstairs to assist easily and bring in maintenance when needed. The entire maintenance team is wonderful!! Nick will always respond to emails and follow up on service requests. It is very helpful to have the Silton Group community look out for their residents

  TERRIBLE BUILDING. Ants are everywhere in the units. The hallways definitely stink. The management of building is very nonchalant. Everyone at the building is so ready to file complaints against each other and the only thing management is good at is sending over complaints, rather than dealing with the issues of the building. Also, the building is constantly subject to theft. Management solves the problem by telling us not mail our packages to the building. So you're paying over 3k a month in rent and you're told not to mail packages to your apartment. 10/10 DO NOT STAY HERE.

  THE WORST APARTMENT PERIOD. Ants roam the place. Hallways smell. The elevator is old. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Just saying..
