  Hello to everyone that’s reading this and currently searching for your new apartment. I applied to MaxField lofts back in April 2025 because I was needing a place to stay and I received the best assistance in doing that from Ms.Treanna,(Leasing Agent) She made my move-in experience so smooth. She was very nice and attentive with me the whole way.. Awesome Leasing Agent. I want to say Thank you : I would also like to give the SAME praise and notice with the highest level of gratitude to 3 other employees of Cannon Management, MaxField Lofts. Mr. Nate(Manager),Ms.Munos (Admin) and Mr Richard(Maintenance). As a tenant, during my 12 month lease here, I received great professionalism at its highest here from all three.. : Mr. Nate was there and has constantly gone way and beyond to help me. He is an extremely incredible guy and cannot be replaced and also he is very easy to talk to..Thank you for pushing request through when I couldn’t. He showed no signs of not wanting to help in any way.. It was always “No I have a minute if you need something”. You’re definitely an important asset and face to the company .Take a Bow sir and Thank you.Thank you : Ms. Munos, which has always stopped what she was doing to make sure my demands were met even in her busy schedule. She is the best at her job and deserves higher praise that I can write about. Such a great and perfect lady in here position at MaxField Lofts. Thank you for ALL you r patience with me. Smile ! : I can not leave this review without mentioning Mr. Richard, the Maintenance Guy for the company (Cannon Management). I moved in with concerns about very small issues, NOT COMPLAINTS, and Mr. Richard was there the next day, if not the same day..I just wanted to say to you sir if you’re reading this..“You are needed in the company, You are not replaceable sir”. He is such a nice and respectable guy and has always been informative when I needed it and constantly asked if things were ok with my unit, even without a maintenance request submitted..This guy definitely holds a position he’s the best at.. I take my hat off to you sir. You made my stay here comfortable as well. I want to say THANK YOU. THANK YOU all for having me as a tenant and making my entrance, stay and exit so smooth.. I appreciate all..I will recommend this location to anyone that’s in need of a place to stay.. TAKE A BOW !!!! ALL !!!!

  This place is beautiful inside and out!!! Move in experience has been phenomenonal for me and my wife!!! Kennedy was so helpful and welcoming throughout our entire process!! Even the matienance staff introduced themselves as I carried in boxes!! Top Tier!!
