  Do not live here, avoid if you can at all costs. Dominique is the building manager and the worst person you could ever deal with. The entire building is under construction and being demolished while residents live there, no compensation provided. It’s also full of cockroaches and termites and will need tenting. Posting to help people avoid making a big mistake.

  This review is for Robert from the maintenance team- he's been very helpful and responsive in any issues we've had at our apartment. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is functioning in our unit.

  Overall: 4.7/5 As someone who has PTSD from various sources of all luxury apartment, I give this place a solid thumbs up. I had to move suddenly due to a pipe burst living in a one bed paying over 3.5k, so this place is a gem 1. Great communication from management Its great to live in a community that provides frequent updates despite going through reconstruction. I came in knowing the reconstruction and got a rent discount, so I won’t comment much on it. Dominique and Jason have been great. 2. Maintenance top notch 👨‍🔧 The building’s maintenance team aka Robert has been super responsive to all work orders and have been teaching me lots of tips living on the lower floor despite my mistakes. Not to mention, extremely professional and knowledgable. 3. Safety and Convenience ✌🏻 Unlike certain parts of LA, I genuinely feel safe to walk around the neighborhood whether that is starbucks or the grove. Having so many retail stores within 15-20 min walk have been a game changer as well. Not to mention lots of local places that deliver! 4. Minimal closet space but two parking space 🚗 The only downsides are it has minimal closet space - ample kitchen space though. The showers are a bit lower and I can easily touch the lower ceiling in my kitchen (I’m 5’10.5 btw) But 2 parking space per unit when I signed has been convenient when having guests over. 5. Commercial Laundry & easy in-app use Didn’t think I’ll notice from in unit ones but these are actually great!!! Way better for the fabric iml. I also never have issues coinciding with my neughbors due to laundry room being located on every floor

  Robert has been the best person to count on things getting fixed @Masselin Park West. His work ethics are of the highest caliber. Plus, he's respectful of my time and offers trustworthy advise when needed. Very happy to have him here!
