I scheduled a tour after work and rushed over with my work bag because I was looking forward to seeing the apartment. I arrived on time, waited over 20 minutes, sent multiple texts, called several times, and even left a voicemail. No one responded or showed up. If you can’t honor a scheduled tour, don’t schedule it in the first place. Wasting a prospective tenant’s time like this is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how they treat people before they sign a lease, I can’t imagine how they treat actual residents.
