  have lived here since it opened. love the neighborhood and what its grown to be. the units are are solid, maintenance jumps on everything super fast and I dont hear neighbors 24/7. solid units, not a ton of amenities but the roof and the private balconies make up for it. since the management turned over to Angie some years back the place has only gotten better. the place is all young professionals & families. no parties/screaming/messes etc. super safe place with management that cares. have loved living here! some of the negative reviews seem to be about issues that have been solved from people who definitely dont live here any longer. i also think they confuse management with the company that owns the property? lol - management is great and literally answers texts/calls whenever there's an issue.

  The apartment itself is small, could be nice, but overall this isn't worth it. Management is the worst, the parking in the complex has been under construction for years and seems to have nothing finished besides some plastered walls, around the area you will never find parking besides mornings, neighbors are quite rude. If we're talking price and fees, it's also not worth it. They charge extra fees on trash that always gets full and disgusting even after the new trash fee, this should have never been implemented. The rent increases only get worse and you get less for your money. Traffic in the area is just not worth it either. You're better off finding somewhere else.

  One of the worst apartment buildings / unsafe neighborhood. High crime, weird neighbors, poor management and lots of lost and stolen deliveries.
