  I had a positive experience living here for the past 10 years. The only reason I moved out was because of an out-of-state work relocation. The property was well maintained, and the team always seemed professional and organized. Richard in Maintenance was excellent whenever I needed assistance—responsive, friendly, and always got the job done quickly. He definitely stood out during my time here. While I didn’t have a lot of direct interaction with the management team, Jequan, Nate Ramirez, and Yoana were always courteous and professional whenever our paths crossed. Overall, I’d recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.

  Erianna gave us one of the best apartment tours we've experienced. From the moment we met her, she was warm, engaging, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and thoughtfully selected units that matched our preferences. She also took us to tour Maxfield Lofts, the sister property, so we could compare our options and make a more informed decision. What stood out most was how intentional she was throughout the entire experience. She gave honest feedback about the different floor plans and helped us understand which ones would best fit our lifestyle. She never once made us feel rushed, encouraging us to take our time in each apartment and giving us the space to truly imagine ourselves living there. It was an incredibly hot day with a lot of walking between the properties, but you never would have known it. She remained upbeat, patient, and fully present from beginning to end, making us feel like we were her only priority. That level of care and professionalism is rare. Erianna, thank you for making our tour such a memorable experience. Your kindness, expertise, and genuine care did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated every minute of our time with you!!

  Moved here a year ago. Was given false information on the apartment and it wasn’t properly cleaned or ready for move in when I arrived. Cleaning didn’t come until after I was moved in a week or two later. They did a poor job and I had to reclean it anyway.The management is lazy and does not communicate well. The woman I originally worked with was switched over with new management during my first year and I have been engaging and speaking with Nate since. I gave them notice about roaches and a broken dishwasher with a smell about a month ago. The smell dissipated after much cleaning but comes back after every wash , and the pest control never came to the apartment. I’m currently in the process of moving out and my date has been notified for a month. They did not give me access to the freight elevators (I texted before the holiday with no response), and was messaged by Nate the day before my move out with confusion on how to access and use the freight elevators and doors that are used for moving. Im leaving this review to warn other potential renters of the overpricing and over promising of your stay. Not worth it. Also to keep records and accounts of my experiences. My move out is heavily compromised by this and any fees due to negligence will be reported and kept in records. This is not only ridiculous, it’s unprofessional and negligent.

  Great experience so far! Moved in a month ago and the team couldn’t be more helpful. My requests are answered right away, I have a great view and hight ceilings. Couldn’t dream for a better place to live!!

  *will update my review if I ever get a response Been trying to contact this rental company for over 5 days, I filled out a application to hold a unit because of the lack of response I wanted to make sure i could secure it, figured that would trigger some sort of attention, since then I have still yet to receive one real person reaching out to contact me about literally anything . I want my refund back , and don’t understand why it’s taken me reaching out several times on several platforms when other complexes are constantly re checking in on me. Not interested in living in a place where I can’t get ahold of anyone.
