  This apartment complex is good until you need them. First maintenance I asked, they didn’t fix the problem and they let me without electricity for 24hrs without an explanation and my door open ! To take care of my second request it took them 3days and two reviews to get back to me. I understand why people are leaving now.

  I’ve been living at garment loft since 2022 ,I’m so happy it’s very clean best management ever the manager Jonathan is the best always take care of what ever I need on the same day !

  I have liked the building and apartment and the staff are friendly but be aware. Whatever rent is listed for rent add on $350 in utilities and random charges. Did not expect to pay $350+ a month for sewer/water/trash. Seems way above current prices.

  Great building, still a newish feel on the inside but very historic outside. Gentrification has generally pushed homeless away from here but you'll deal with them where you park. Just part of DTLA. Building security has done a good job lately of keeping an eye on things, especially outside to catch trouble before it begins.
