  G12 used to be great when Jamie Benefield was the manager and before Waterton took ownership. Today it is trash! The only good thing about G12 is Mario & his entire crew.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE! Ever since they changed the management company to Waterton, it has been worse and worse. Very disappointing management. A simple Roommate Release Form turned into a two-week ordeal. I received repeated verbal assurances that everything was being processed, but the signed document never arrived. Every staff member pointed me to someone else, and no one took ownership of the issue. If you’re dealing with a lease transfer or move-out, document everything and don’t rely on verbal promises. Here is a quote from people in the leasing office after not answering to our phone call or emails. "I already have it on my to-do list to return it as soon as I receive it, and emailing/calling every day is not speeding up the process. I will no longer be answering these emails unless it's to send the form once it is signed, so there is no need to include me or Chris on these continued emails or calls any longer as we will no longer be answering until then."

  We’re long-term resident of G12. My roommate has lived here for more than 4 years and me 2 years. We’re moving and transferring our lease to our friend, but the leasing office is very slow and disrespectful. They refuse to do anything when their system glitch and send the applicants the wrong link. NOTHING GETS DONE. This has happened multiple times and they keeps delaying the process and refuse to gather information from our friends by phone! This has been a very unpleasant and frustrating process for us.

  I’ve been living here since the end of February and it’s a lovely place to stay. All of the common areas and amenities are nice and clean, maintenance responds and fulfills requests quickly! They also have community events often. My only issues are the community wifi is spotty, so I’m unable to use the co working spaces. Also, the surrounding area isn’t very walkable. I frequently see homeless people and am uncomfortable walking around outside by myself as a woman.

  I've been living at G12 for the past 5 months and so far everything has surpassed my expectations. Living here has honestly been such a great experience. The property is always clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff has been extremely professional and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Jacob especially, he has been so helpful to me with navigating this whole process. It's great to have someone in the management team who genuinely cares about residents and who wants to create a comfortable environment. The amenities are beautiful, the community feels safe, and the location is super convenient with easy access to everything nearby. I also appreciate how peaceful and welcoming the atmosphere is compared to other places I’ve lived. Overall, this apartment complex truly feels like home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
