  We had an amazing experience working with Ajaye. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our move-in process as smooth as possible. Even on weekends, he was available to help and answer our questions whenever we needed him. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. We truly appreciate all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to move in this apartment.

  This place smells like a weed shop and the managers are always Mia. They take over 3 hours breaks and never respond to the emails or phone calls. You'll never see your security deposit back and gluck if you order packages. If you look inside the mail room, there's packages everywhere thats not secured so anyone can go there and grab yours.

  IF YOU OWN AN EV CAR DO NOT LIVE HERE!! The EV charging situation here at Fedora x Trilby has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Residents on Level 2 of the garage have lost access to car charging entirely. There's no WiFi coverage on that level, and the new chargers they installed require WiFi to activate, so they're completely unusable for us. Management removed our previous charging access and never provided a real solution. Additionally they charge us a premium for designated charging spots, which we are still paying for but can no longer actually charge our cars there. On top of that, the pricing for charging (when it does work) is outrageous. Significantly higher than a Tesla Supercharger or any public charging station nearby. Paying a premium for a spot, losing access to charging, and then being charged above-market rates when it does work is completely unacceptable. Unless management fixes the WiFi coverage on Level 2, honor what residents are paying for, and reprice the charging, I 100% WOULD NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!!

  I am a chronically ill and disabled person that lives in one of the neighboring apartment buildings. I very much depend on the mail system for care since I cannot drive and sometimes my mail ends up in this building. It's not a problem for me to walk there and pick it up, but my mail disappears quite quickly. No matter how many times I may call, the office will hang up on me and offer no help whatsoever. They let their tenants or staff just take my packages and have no intention on helping me. They have stolen clothes, pet food, medical supplements, and others. They tell me to get a refund or contact the carrier, which I often do and it is a giant waste of time. Thankfully my insulin delivery has not ended up in their hands as of yet. I could potentially be hospitalized for a long stay in ICU over this if I cannot get my medical supplies because of them.

  Great place to live. Been here two weeks and love it so far. Ajaye is kind, very helpful and makes sure things get done. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the application process takes way too long. I applied before Memorial Day but was not approved or able to sign my lease until less than a week before I moved in on the 16th. If not for Ajaye going above and beyond to ensure my application got done idk if I would’ve been able to move in on time. I had a friend that was supposed to move in with me as well who ended up signing with another property because the application process was taking entirely to long and as someone that was communicating and coming from out of state that was a very stressful process to deal with, especially not knowing if I had a place to live so close to the time I was supposed to be moving. So in general this is a great place to live, Ajaye is awesome but something has to change with the application process that will ensure a smoother process and make it more efficient.
