  Jose is always so attentive and willing to help whenever something needs fixing. He has such a kind, pure heart and is always there when you need him. We’re so lucky to have him around he’s truly one of the best!

  Jose does my maintenance requests and he’s one of the nicest and quickest staff here. It definitely helps when they actually care about you and their job. I highly recommend him

  Lived here a while back and forgot to review at the time. During my second night as a new tenant, my neighbors to the left decided to install a stereo system onto our shared wall, and they did this at 2AM, drilling and hammering like this was all normal. From that day on out, we were living in a nightclub on a near daily basis. Repeated complaints to the leasing office were brushed off. They even went up to my unit to hear the music for themselves, and what did they say? That it was the “type” of music that was being played that I must not like and not the volume😂 Just forget the whole part where it’s shaking the walls and we couldn’t even hold a conversation in there because it how loud it was. Only after months of complaints did they post a notice to comply or quit on their door, but why bother? Because it continued and they were in violation of said notice and they did nothing. They said tenant’s mother called and threatened them over it… real quality people they have renting there. So I complained directly to Watertown corporate, which caused this lousy neighbor to knock on my door with a gang of friends in an attempt to intimidate me for complaining, which then led to a physical altercation between them and a guest of mine where I ended up an unintended victim and was pushed backwards, hitting my head against the door and falling to the ground, all while I was 3 months pregnant. And that’s what happens when management ignores obvious problems for months on end. Things escalate. It’s their exact job to enforce the terms of the lease agreement, and they are complete failures at it. After that, I informed corporate that they needed to either let me out of the lease early, or I was suing them. They let me out of my lease of course, because God forbid they actually evicted a habitual lease violator. They like to keep those kind of people around. Besides that, it’s infested with roaches, random people sleeping at the end of the hallways, the laundry room and machines are poorly maintained, and security is good for nothing. Avoid.
