  Very nice staff , friendly atmosphere when I go to the office ! If I have an issue it gets addressed fast , maintenance workers are great ! Very friendly and helpful with problems

  After living in this building for nearly three years, I can confidently say this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing living experiences I’ve had—and I truly cannot wait to move out. The safety concerns alone are unacceptable. Recently, in the middle of the night, someone was trying to tamper with my door. It was extremely frightening and left me feeling completely unsafe in my own home. No resident should ever have to go through something like this. On top of that, packages are constantly being stolen or going missing, and management takes zero responsibility. Every time I report it, I’m told they are “not responsible,” which is incredibly frustrating given how often this happens. The noise level is unbearable, both from inside and outside the building. There is also a constant smell of weed throughout the property, which seeps into my apartment and even into my clothes, making it very uncomfortable to live here. The cleanliness of the building is very poor. The floors and carpets are dirty, and the laundry room is unacceptable—covered in pet hair. Every time I wash my clothes, they come out covered in hair, which is completely unhygienic. Additionally, the pool area is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. I tried several times to go there just to relax and enjoy the sun, but it was impossible. The pool water was visibly dirty, full of flies, and clearly not being properly cleaned. This is completely unacceptable and just adds to the overall poor living conditions in this building. What’s most disappointing is the lack of support from management. I reached out to explain my situation and asked for help with an early move-out due to these ongoing issues, but I received no meaningful response. Communication is slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. After everything, I made the decision to leave, even before my lease ends. That alone says everything. I would not recommend this building to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and professionally managed place to live.
