- KHKelly HamlinAug 25, 20262.0The Leasing Agent was great! The building was great! The unit I viewed was exactly what I was looking for. And I applied the same day of viewing. Unfortunately my application was denied due to low credit score. And when I asked about getting my Holding Fee refunded ($300) they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to process. Not sure why they were quick to reject my application but slow on giving me my holding deposit back .
- JLjohn leeJun 11, 20261.0The management here is terrible. The building itself is always having issues. Roach infested. The units facing the alley is not safe and prone to getting broken into. Parking is managed terribly. Had people parking in my spot more than I can count and only the building management can authorize towing. Which would be fine if you could ever get a hold of them. Highly advise against living here
- ASAshley S.Apr 23, 20265.0Toured here but ended up renting at their other property down the street. Building is nice and the manager gave me a good tour. The unit I saw was a 1 bed and was clean, modern. Nice pool too.
- MCMiguel ColladoOct 10, 20255.0I’m a new tenant and I’ve had a great experience so far. It’s in a convenient, central location and a great value. 👍🏼 The apartments are well maintained. The only thing I would say is that sometimes it’s hard to get ahold of management by phone. Other than that, I’ve been very pleased and would recommend it!
