- AHAlex HoJun 10, 20261.0Tried to move in and I applied on Apr 7. It’s June 10th and still can’t get in. Honestly it might be a blessing after researching how bad this management service Avanath is. They wasted me $200 deposit waiting on a unit for 2 months. I’m STILL WAITING to get in??? I started reading these reviews and experiences tho and think I dodged a bullet.

Our rent and utilities have gone up, but we can’t get simple maintenance orders done. They leave us without hot water for days because they don’t get the correct work orders to their maintenance team. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
