The management exhibits poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unresponsiveness. A representative who identified herself as "Sierra from the Baldwin Hills magement office" called and without asking my name, launched into a rude tirade regarding a miriad of complaints made against me including dog barking disturbances (interestingly, I do not own a dog) then stated that letter about the complaint would be posted on my door. When I tried to get more information about the complaint she loud-talked me and then hung up on me. The notice that was posted on my door gave me 3 days to respond or a "legal complaint" would be filed. In response, I have called and attempted to go by the office several times last week and this week. Each time the office was closed and locked during the hours of 9 am to 5pm. I keep getting a phone message that states "the number you have dialed has calling restrictions that prevents the completion of your call"-- leading me to believe that this leasing representative has blocked my number. The property manager is never available and does not follow up when contacted. When complaints are made about issues on the propert including filth, trash, and other issues the leasing office is either unresponsive, or unavailable. But they do seem to enjoy sending out mass emails designed to anger and worry elderly or long time renters who pay their rent on time. Some people seem to think that when a leasing office offers you free food and school supplies for your children its the same as offering you a clean safe place to live where management is responsive to the needs of all of the tenants, not just the ones who recently moved in and are paying more for their unit. This has the convenient effect of making long time renters want to move out so that they can raise the rents and charge more for property when they really dont respect those living here.

The reviews about the dirty hallways and trash are true. They forgot to mention that it causes mice and roaches, and that it has been like this since 2022. Don’t let the apologies and excuses fool you! This is the reality of living here.

This is my first time ever writing a Google review, but my experience here was too upsetting to ignore. After receiving multiple aggressive text messages demanding I sign a BOE form for a third time, I went to the office to get clarification on what happened to the first two copies I already submitted. When I asked for an explanation before signing a third time, a corporate representative named Sierra treated me with absolute hostility. Instead of answering my question professionally, she repeatedly talked over me and refused to listen. When I asked her to stop talking over me, she immediately demanded I leave the office. The security guard handled the situation calmly and politely reiterated her request, but Sierra’s behavior caused an embarrassing, public scene in front of a crowded lobby over a simple paperwork question. Being publicly humiliated and kicked out just for asking for administrative clarification is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Tried to move in and I applied on Apr 7. It’s June 10th and still can’t get in. Honestly it might be a blessing after researching how bad this management service Avanath is. They wasted me $200 deposit waiting on a unit for 2 months. I’m STILL WAITING to get in??? I started reading these reviews and experiences tho and think I dodged a bullet.

Agents was very respectful, patient and very understanding on what I was looking for to rent as a unit.
