  We moved in late 2025 from having lived in Culver City. I love the ACCENT building. Although the apartment is small, the building offers sensational common areas such as a clubhouse where I have hosted small dinners for family or my ladies group, a fantastic gym with a pool view that I use at least 3 times a week, and all the fantastic Playa Vista parks I often picnic at directly across Jefferson Boulevard. In addition, I frequently walk to Whole Foods, see a movie at Cinemark, pick up prescriptions or supplies at CVS, and wander and shop the Saturday Farmer's Market. I do this all on foot and feel so safe and free. It makes me so happy!

  Love living here. Great place, clean, nice amenities, in this area you get what you pay for. Quiet for the most part, and love the club house, and dog park area!

  we renewed our lease because the building and apartment is actually super nice especially for the price. its a great community and location. BUT - the system for delivery is a complete mess. Actually; there is no system. If you're an online shopper, do not move here. THere is a "parcel pending" location that offers some lockers but they are always full so delivery trucks just put your stuff randomly on the floor in this hallway. if you don't pick it up, the staff then brings them over to this big overflowing garage full of peoples deliveries. there is no security, no one watches so literally anybody could come up and grab whatever packages they want. I've gotten 4 different deliveries stolen and nothing is done about it or changed. pretty disappointing.
