  I had a very disappointing experience with Josh and the management team. Instead of helping identify the issue with my application, Josh repeatedly referred me to a link in the system and was unable to explain what was actually wrong with my documents. As a self-employed applicant, I expected at least some guidance, but it felt like he didn’t understand the verification process himself. The overall impression is that the management is happy to collect application fees, but once there’s a problem, they stop helping and simply push applicants back to an automated system. If your own staff can’t explain why an application is being rejected or how to fix it, that’s a serious problem. Customer service was also very poor. Josh was unhelpful, lacked professionalism, and didn’t communicate clearly or respectfully. A leasing manager should be able to answer basic questions and guide applicants through the process—not just say “check the link.” I hope management invests in better training, because applicants deserve transparency, clear communication, and actual support during the leasing process.

  I recently stayed at 5550. I have to say, everything was above and beyond. Josh was next level helpful. The location was great. We had easy access to everything around us. 100% stay again

  5550 was amazing. Josh is beyond helpful. The layout was awesome. The amenities top notch. Everything about it said elegance, sophistication and upper class atmosphere. I"d 100% come back every time i visit this cesspool known as hollywood (I grew up here)

  Had a wonderful experience staying in the Guest Suite. Josh was amazing from check-in to check-in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Location was great, near great food and easy access to activities! The Pool and gym were awesome! We would 100% stay again. Thanks for everything!

  Great experience living at 5550! Joshua, the manager, is fantastic, always responsive, professional. Jonathon and Marcos are also amazing. Magament is very quick to help with maintenance requests or minor repairs. The community is very well maintained, and the recently renovated pool and shared areas look great. The staff does an excellent job keeping everything clean. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live!
