The lady that did the tour with me to apt 614. Very nice and knowledgeable. She answered questions I forgot to ask. I thank her for that

I would definitely give 0 stars if I could. I applied for this apartment and was told that same day that I was approved, someone actually called me to tell me. The next day I checked the applicant portal and my application said denied. I called the same number back that called me and told me that I was approved and asked what was going on and she played dumb, but it literally was the same person that told me I was approved. Idk but the customer service is horrible and they just want the app fees
